It's time for a reminder about how to completeyour charge card. Here's a sample of how it should be done. The date, item name and
amount should be listed. At the end of a month when you pay your bill, the tax will be added
and a staff person should sign off on the card showing that you have paid to date.
Use a new card when one is filled up. Remember also to record annex purchases on the clipboard hanging in the tearoom.
That allows annex staff to know where their items have gone.

Tuesday, 5/25 we brought in $2,096.33 in bldg 1 and $1,190.70 in the annex totaling $3.287.03.
Thursday, 5/27 we brought in $2,419.91 in bldg 1 and $762.56 in the annex totaling $3,182.47.

Memorial Day Work Party: Thanks to all who came to work on the holiday! Good progress was made.
Vacation Days: Remember to write your name on the calendar in the tearoom on days when you are expected for a shift, but will be away. It helps if you can also advise your shift head in advance if you will not be there.
Welcome to the newest volunteers: Ardythe Van Reeth, Molly Lott, Jo Lethin and Dennis Campbell.
