How does donation work?Simply call our 800 number, we take a little information about the car and rush a couple documents to you for signature. These forms
of the vehicle to your designated charity.
Included right with your documents package from our processing center, is a thank you
letter, certifying that you have donated the vehicle. This letter shows itemizing
taxpayers that you get a charitable deduction. As well, you receive a Kelly Blue
Book printout referencing vehicle values.
Next, a qualified transportation company comes to pick up the vehicle, at your convenience.

What is the Vehicle Donation Center?Vehicle Donation Processing Center, Inc. is managed and operated by a skilled team with many years experience serving dozens of
charities across the country.
We act as processing agents for our 501-C3 non-profit corporation charities. This agency
relationship is important in leaving all the control in the hands of our client non-profits,
per IRS guidelines.
Then we handle all the documents, vehicle pick up, sale at auction, and distribution of
proceeds to the charity. We guarantee payment of all costs in processing donations,
without risk to the charity. Monthly, net proceeds are split evenly with the charity.
